Job Description/Requirements
Role Objective
To supervise security guards, coordinate daily security operations and ensure that assigned security personnel effectively carry out their duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security guards at assigned sites.
- Monitor guards' attendance, performance and conduct.
- Conduct regular site visits and security checks.
- Ensure guards follow company security procedures and instructions.
- Report security incidents and operational issues to management.
- Support deployment and coordination of security personnel.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify security gaps.
- Respond appropriately to security-related incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate security and supervision records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or Security Supervisor.
- Must have a valid Class A motorcycle licence.
- Must be able to ride and operate a motorcycle confidently.
- Good supervisory and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to conduct regular site visits.
- Responsible, disciplined and alert.
- Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
Salary: KSh 20,000 gross
