SALE REPRESENTATIVES/DISTRIBUTORS

Job Description/Requirements

Role Objective

To drive sales, distribution and market coverage while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor product availability.
• Follow up on customer orders and payments where applicable.

• Provide market feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
• Prepare accurate sales and market reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or distribution experience.
• Previous or current experience with Hasbah, SBC, Smart Global, Sam West, Gilani's or Best Buy is required/preferred.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, energetic and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of sales and distribution operations.

Salary: KSh 40,000–50,000 gross + good incentives
