Work For All is seeking Lifeguards for a luxury 5* hotel unit in Rhodes.

A few words about the hotel

In a privileged location near the center of Rhodes, the hotel offers a luxury 5-star stay experience, ideal for families and couples. The resort features 785 rooms, 12 restaurants and 3 bars, as well as outdoor and indoor pools, creating a space of comfort and relaxation for every guest. It is surrounded by recreational areas, offering a friendly and family environment, where high quality of service is combined with comfort and a variety of activities for young and old.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring and ensuring the safety of guests in the resort's pools and beaches.
• Immediate response to emergency or first aid incidents.
• Implementation and adherence to the hotel's safety rules and procedures.
• Collaboration with the resort team for the smooth operation of outdoor areas and activities.
• Providing information and guidance to guests regarding the use of pools and facilities.
• Maintenance and inspection of safety equipment (lifebuoys, first aid kits, lifesaving equipment).

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a lifeguard in pools or beaches.
• Lifeguard Certification and knowledge of first aid.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with an orientation towards guest service.
