Work For All is seeking a Spa Therapist for a luxury 5* hotel unit in Kefalonia.

This is a high-level boutique resort, designed with an emphasis on wellness, relaxation, and quality hospitality. The hotel is located in an exceptionally beautiful natural environment and combines modern aesthetics with the harmony of nature, creating a calm and refined environment for guests.

The facilities include organized Spa and Wellness areas, with massage services and wellness therapies, as well as activities that enhance physical and mental well-being. At the same time, special emphasis is placed on personalized service and the creation of a comprehensive hospitality experience.

The hotel caters to guests seeking high-level accommodation, relaxation, and wellness, in a quiet and particularly refined environment.

Job Purpose

You will be a key member of the Spa team and will be responsible for providing high-level wellness services, contributing to the overall experience of the guests.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing high-level spa therapies, such as massages, facial and body treatments, in accordance with spa protocols and 5* hotel standards.
• Conducting professional assessment of guest needs and providing personalized recommendations for treatments and products.
• Preparation and restoration of treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness and impeccable hygiene.
• Promoting spa services, packages, and products with professionalism and a guest-oriented approach.
• Adherence to hygiene, health, and safety rules, as well as hotel policies.
• Collaboration with the spa team and other hotel departments to provide a complete wellness experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel or high-specification spa.
• Degree or certification in therapeutic massage, aesthetics, or spa therapies from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge and experience in a variety of therapies (massage techniques, facial and body treatments).
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on guest service.
