Work For All is seeking a Shift Supervisor on behalf of a large multinational organized catering chain for its stores in Athens. A few words about the company A large multinational organized fast-food chain with a strong presence in the Greek market, operating in the fast food sector and specializing in modern catering menus and customer service. The company has an extensive network of stores throughout Greece. Main Responsibilities Management of the shift, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, the cash register, and customer service Coordination, guidance, and support of the team during the shift Ensuring the smooth operation of the store, in accordance with corporate procedures and quality standards Excellent knowledge and implementation of the store's operational procedures Management of opening and/or closing the store, according to the prescribed procedures Monitoring service quality, productivity, and compliance with hygiene and safety rules Required Qualifications: Previous experience in shift management in fast food restaurants Ability to work under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Good knowledge of English Benefits: Private insurance Semi-meals Ticket Card Bonus based on store KPI Gift Card (Easter-Christmas) Continuous training and development Opportunities for professional growth in an organized environment All applications will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
