QS Specialist (m/f/d) (Quality Specialist - Production Inspection Technology)

What you will do with us:

• 8D complaint processing using methods such as Ishikawa and 5W
• Organization and execution of first article and final inspections
• Granting production release
• Project processing, creation of inspection plans, planning and documentation of the inspection process using a CAQ system
• Creation of inspection instructions and reports
• Analysis, preparation, and evaluation of processes and quality data, as well as coordination of measures with specialist departments
• Operation and maintenance of measurement technology, including 3D measuring machines
• Execution of measuring equipment monitoring

What you should bring with you:

• Technical training with corresponding further training in quality management, alternatively training as a Quality Specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance in the Automotive environment (IATF16949 / APQP) and in Aerospace (DIN EN 9100)
• Proficiency in handling drawings, inspection plans, measuring instruments, and testing devices
• Experience in the application of Lean Management and Q-methods
• Good knowledge of CAQ and MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident appearance, assertiveness, teamwork skills, and flexibility (including willingness to work shifts)
