Credit Management Officer (Asia Regional Headquarters)

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor credit portfolio quality across branches under the Asia Regional Headquarters
- Manage high-risk borrowers on watch lists and operate early warning systems
- Formulate management strategies and review improvement plans for high-risk and deteriorating borrowers
- Support the management of borrowers undergoing corporate restructuring, debt rescheduling, or rehabilitation procedures
- Analyze borrower credit risk, repayment capacity, and debt recovery probability
- Support overseas branches in implementing head office credit policies and management standards
- Inspect credit management practices and identify key vulnerabilities for improvement
- Monitor changes in overseas credit-related laws and regulations and support appropriate responses
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and facilitate collaboration between the head office and overseas branches
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate credit, credit analysis, risk management, or corporate restructuring within banks or financial institutions
- Solid understanding of corporate credit underwriting, credit monitoring, and asset quality management
- Proficiency in credit risk assessment through financial statement and cash flow analysis
- Experience in corporate restructuring, debt rescheduling, or corporate rehabilitation preferred
- Proficiency in drafting analytical reports and preparing presentations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Business fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in overseas banking operations or global financial operations
- Experience in non-performing loan (NPL) management, workouts, restructuring, or corporate rehabilitation
- Experience handling overseas financial regulations and supervisory frameworks
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Certified Credit Analyst (CCA)
