The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate supply chain professional at the early stage of their career to join a dynamic and experienced team supporting complex oil & gas and energy projects. The role is ideally suited to a motivated UAE National graduate who is eager to develop practical experience across procurement, expediting, logistics, materials management, and supplier coordination within a global engineering and consulting environment.

The key objectives for this role are:

Support the delivery of supply chain and procurement activities in line with project requirements

Develop foundational knowledge of oil & gas supply chain processes, systems, and controls

Ensure compliance with company procedures, ethical standards, and client requirements

Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

Assist with procurement activities including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.

Support materials management and logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Liaise with suppliers, expeditors, logistics providers, and internal project teams.

Maintain accurate procurement and supply chain documentation within ERP systems.

Support supplier performance monitoring and reporting.

Assist in expediting, inspection coordination, and documentation review.

Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.

Participate in graduate development and mentoring programmes.

Expected:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, engineering, or a related discipline

UAE National

Strong interest in supply chain, procurement, and logistics within the oil & gas or energy sector

Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced project environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team
