CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and motivated Director to lead and oversee the overall operations and business development of our construction company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and budget control.

1. Develop project strategies, plans, and schedules to achieve company objectives.

1. Supervise project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project operations.

1. Ensure compliance with Singapore’s construction regulations, safety standards, and BCA requirements.

1. Manage client relationships, subcontractors, and suppliers, and identify opportunities for business growth.
