Electrical Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on anddetail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, youwill be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, calibration, andmaintenance of electrical systems for our equipment and machinery, includingspecialized work on Palfinger cranes. Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Inspection: Perform electrical wiring installation for equipment and machinery, conduct necessary tests and inspections, and specify replacement or rewiring when required.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Trace, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in defective equipment and machinery.
- Calibration: Perform specialized calibration of lorry cranes, specifically those equipped with Palfinger systems.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Inspect completed electrical work to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site technical follow-up and address customer queries regarding electrical and technical matters.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake other related assignments as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on working experience in electrical wiring and installation.
- Technical Edge: Prior working experience with hydraulic equipment and/or cranes will be a strong advantage.
- Skills: Proficient in computer skills (e.g., MS Office, basic engineering software).
- Licensing: Preferably holds a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
- Attributes: Strong hands-on knowledge, highly detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and in client-facing environments.
