Asst Shop Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Foot Spa Assistant Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment to support our team. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized shop, manage customer appointments on various platforms, schedule appointments for internal staff, manage customer payments and and providing excellent customer service. Job Scope

Working hours 9am to 10pm. Able to work on weekends & public holidays.

• Daily shop opening and prep. Daily shop closing.
• Bilingual, able to liaise with english & chinese speaking customers.
• Manage appointments, bookings and serve walk-ins. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting clients.
• Schedule and plan appointments for internal staff.
• Handle customer payment transactions and manage the cash register.
• Tabulate and close daily shop transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop, restocking products, and cleaning tools.
• Assist with client service preparation and clean-up.
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their preferences.
• Cross-sell packages or services, when appropriate.
• Do your best to ensure all customers leave our shop satisfied with our services.
