Job Summary

Lead and supervise on-site installation, assembly, and commissioning of MOV actuators and industrial control equipment, ensuring project compliance, safety, and quality while coordinating with stakeholders and supporting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise full on-site installation, assembly, fitting, and commissioning of MOV actuators and industrial control equipment to meet project requirements.
• Manage daily site execution progress to ensure compliance with project schedules, technical specifications, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, work conflicts, and schedule adjustments promptly.
• Arrange, allocate, and supervise on-site manpower resources, monitor work performance, and guide field technicians and engineers to ensure efficient daily task completion.
• Perform site inspections, functional testing, system verification, and troubleshooting for actuator installation and commissioning works.
• Record site working data and prepare progress reports, technical documentation, site logs, and project completion records accurately.
• Support project handover, conduct customer training, and provide after-sales technical validation to ensure stable system operation and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations strictly to reduce site risks and maintain a professional, standardized field execution environment.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on industrial site experience with a solid background in actuator installation, field commissioning, and site supervision.
• Strong practical knowledge of MOV actuator working principles, installation procedures, commissioning workflows, and industrial site project management.
• Ability to lead site teams, manage manpower arrangements, coordinate multi-party stakeholders, and independently resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
• Familiarity with industrial site safety standards, project progress control, and site quality inspection requirements.
• Effective communication skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to handle on-site emergencies.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various Singapore project sites and work on-site as required by project demands.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in actuator, valve control, or industrial automation projects is highly preferred.
