Job Summary

You will support full spectrum of human resources administration and general office administrative work, including recruitment cycles, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, corporate compliance, government liaison, and grant application administration to support smooth daily company operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by posting jobs, screening candidates, arranging interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining recruitment documentation to ensure timely hiring
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing joining documents, exit paperwork, and completing all employee administrative formalities for smooth transitions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases by updating employee information, managing HR filing systems, administering contracts, and arranging NDAs to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Liaise with government agencies on statutory and regulatory matters to ensure workforce compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Support preparation, compilation, submission, and follow-up of company grant applications for relevant government schemes to secure funding opportunities
  • Perform general office administration tasks to maintain daily operational efficiency and support company functions
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects, employee administrative matters, and company compliance requirements as assigned to support organizational goals

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration or general corporate administration roles
  • Proven ability to support recruitment processes, including candidate screening and onboarding/offboarding coordination
  • Proficient in HR documentation procedures, employee record management, contract administration, and NDA handling
  • Basic experience in government liaison and grant application support related to Singapore workforce regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately
  • Effective communication skills for internal coordination and external government liaison
  • Ability to work independently, proactively meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience supporting Singapore government grant applications and workforce compliance beyond basic requirements
