Profile

Preferably a professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Related Careers, with 3 years of experience in positions such as generalist, HRBP, or strategic partner, with knowledge in Human Value processes: selection, performance, labor relations, wellbeing, compensation and benefits, climate, training, and talent development. Real capacity to accompany area leaders.

Important: English level B2- C1

Job Objective

The position exists to put into practice, day to day, the Human Value processes in the assigned areas: selection and onboarding, performance management, labor relations, wellbeing, compensation and benefits, climate, change management, training, and talent development. It is the direct contact for those areas at all levels. It closely accompanies the implementation of corporate Human Value guidelines and programs, with one-on-one follow-up in each area, and reports to the Head what is strategic or requires a Vice Presidency decision.
