Workshop Supervisor/Team Leader Welding Department

Do you have experience within a welding environment and do you get energy from guiding colleagues? Are you looking for a position where you make a difference both technically and humanly?

As a workshop supervisor, you will lead your team within this environment and ensure that your activities in the workshop run smoothly and are delivered on time.

What are your tasks:

• Coaching, guiding, and motivating your employees
• Coordinating and preparing materials for daily production within the welding department
• Supervising quality, safety, and correct execution of the work
• Analyzing and solving technical problems
• Proposing and implementing improvements within the department
• Acting as a point of contact for your team
• Helping to ensure a safe and tidy workshop
• You work closely with your colleague team leader assemblage & work preparers/drafters
• Experience as a welder within a technical production environment (steel, rvs, aluminium)
• Experience in a leadership or coaching role is a great asset
• Due to your positive attitude, you know how to motivate your colleagues
• You can read technical plans
• You have a basic knowledge of English
