Site Manager

Are you a born organizer with a technical background, a strong dose of self-reliance, and a heart for outdoor spaces? Then we have a challenging job for you.

As a Site Manager with us, you will have final responsibility for multiple sites across all of Belgium. You ensure that every project - from bicycle shelters at NMBS to smart street design - is technically well-prepared, correctly scheduled, and flawlessly executed.

Your tasks:

• Preparing and monitoring sites (from measurement to delivery)
• Communication and coordination with internal teams, workers, and external parties (municipalities, NMBS, suppliers, subcontractors, ..)
• Drafting measurement statements and interpreting plans
• Managing your own teams and drivers
• Being the point of contact for practical questions and technical problems
• Independently scheduling and setting priorities based on project needs
• Switching creatively in the event of unforeseen circumstances on the site

80% of your time is spent on the road; every day is different. You will be given a lot of freedom, but that goes hand in hand with responsibility.

What do we expect from you?

Technical and intellectual background:

• At least a secondary education diploma in a construction technology field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or sector (industrial construction, infrastructure, public space, ..)
• Reading plans? No problem. Performing mathematical calculations, check!
• You think solution-oriented and remain calm in the face of problems or ambiguities

Communicative powerhouse:

• You speak fluent French and English
• You switch easily between workers and the technical services of clients
• You can convey complex information understandably and are diplomatic in your approach

Independent and responsible:

• You determine your own schedule, set priorities, and carry your projects from A to Z
• You think along with the company and take initiative to improve processes
• You work accurately and finish what you start
