Your Tasks

• Execution of the purchasing process for the defined product groups from the creation of inquiries to the inspection of incoming goods, ensuring that the purchased goods comply with food law regulations
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers
• Continuous monitoring and optimization of inventory levels as well as material requirements planning
• Permanent market observation, supplier evaluations, and searching for new suppliers and innovations
• Assisting in the development of new packaging and packaging concepts
• Processing of complaints
• Maintenance of article master data

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade
• Several years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility within the food industry
• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
• High degree of motivation, personal responsibility, and teamwork skills
• Good English skills
• Proficient use of MS-Office products as well as knowledge of an ERP system, ideally MS Dynamics NAV
• You are committed, reliable, and possess a strong hands-on mentality
