Automation Technician (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Design of control concepts and implementation scenarios in the field of automation technology
• Implementation of technical customer specifications and internal requirements within the project
• Close cooperation with Mechanical and Electrical Design during plant planning
• Software creation according to standard IEC 61131, PLC and HMI programming for complex automation tasks
• Commissioning of systems at Woll premises as well as at the end customer's site
• Support for project management and adjacent specialist departments during project execution

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, further training as a state-certified technician, or a comparable qualification
• Independent work on complex tasks, reliable and structured way of working
• Solution-oriented and cost-conscious approach
• Sound knowledge of control systems Siemens TIA-Portal and Beckhoff TwinCAT
• Experience in the areas of communication and bus systems (Ethernet, Profinet, EtherCAT)
• Knowledge of high-level languages is an advantage
• Teamwork skills, resilience, strong communication skills
• Good English skills and willingness to travel worldwide
