Maintenance Teamlead | Food

For an international production organization, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Teamlead who takes responsibility for the reliability and availability of an extensive technical machine and installation park.

You combine hands-on maintenance knowledge with people management, reliability and continuous improvement. You lead an experienced technical team and ensure that preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance is organized efficiently.

What You Will Do

• You coordinate the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of approximately 2,700 technical assets.
• You lead, coach and support an experienced team of technicians.
• You analyze technical failures and look for structural solutions to minimize downtime.
• You monitor the technical state and reliability of machines, installations and utilities.
• You organize maintenance activities and ensure correct planning and follow-up.
• You manage technical spare parts and ensure that critical spare parts are available.
• You ensure correct registration and follow-up in the CMMS system.
• You analyze downtime, maintenance data and technical performance and translate these into improvement actions.
• You participate in reliability and continuous improvement projects.
• You investigate possibilities to implement new maintenance techniques and technologies.
• You monitor compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• You follow up on calibrations and technical inspections of critical equipment.
• You work closely with production, engineering, quality and safety.
• You monitor maintenance costs and budgets.

Who You Are

• You possess a technical Bachelor, Master or equivalent level through experience.
• You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience within maintenance in an industrial or production environment.
• You have experience in leading, guiding or coaching technicians.
• You have a strong technical foundation within electromechanics.
• You possess good knowledge of electrical installations, control circuits and technical diagrams.
• You are strong in troubleshooting and analyzing technical failures.
• You have experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of reliability, predictive maintenance and asset management is a strong asset.
• Experience with a CMMS package is important; knowledge of Ultimo is a plus.
• You are practical-minded and like to stay close to the technology and the shop floor.
• You communicate smoothly with both technicians and production and management.
• You possess a good knowledge of English.
