TCE Cost Estimation Engineer (M/F)

Join an SME recognized for over 18 years for its expertise in the design and implementation of high-end development projects, operating in the retail, hospitality, healthcare, and premium residential sectors.

As part of its development, our client is looking for a TCE Cost Estimation Engineer.

Your missions:

• Perform cost studies and estimations: measurements, quantities, estimations at different stages (feasibility, APS/APD, DCE), DPGF / DQE, and quotes.
• Take responsibility for tenders and bid submissions: managing the response process, assembling and verifying files, meeting deadlines.
• Write and coordinate technical memorandums.
• Write commercial descriptions to support offers.
• Consult, analyze, and negotiate offers from subcontractors and suppliers; ensure the reliability of price bases.
• Economically optimize projects (variants, ratios, cost / quality / deadline trade-offs).
• Work in close connection with the commercial and technical teams, up to the DGD (final general account) of the projects.

Your profile:

• Training as a construction economist, BTP engineer, or equivalent.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in cost estimation, ideally acquired in a general contractor, general contractor, or execution project management firm.
• Confirmed writing skills (technical memorandums, commercial descriptions).
• Operational technical and commercial English.
• Mastery of measurement, quantity, and description tools via software (cost estimation / quoting).
• Good knowledge of drawing software (CAO / DAO).
• Rigor, organization, negotiation skills, autonomy, team spirit.
• Knowledge of the premium / luxury / retail / hospitality sectors is appreciated.
