Job Description :
- Ensure the receptionist desk is neatly arranged before the arrival of guests
- Welcome, greet, and serve guests arriving at the bar/resto
- Ensure proper room allocation
- Manage table reservations and escort guests to their tables
- Maintain records of guests visiting the bar/resto
- Receive incoming calls via telephone/whatsapp
- Record booking reservations via telephone/whatsapp
- Ensure guests complete payment before they leave the restaurant.
- Perform other tasks from superiors related to the receptionist.
