YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the R&D Manager, and as a Documentalist, your missions will be to:
- Create, organize, and maintain up-to-date technical sheets for raw material and finished product portfolios according to defined deadlines or news (manage supplier contacts, verify compliance according to data requirements)
- Transmit necessary information to sales departments via the channels dedicated to each market
- Create a verification file for the availability of information
- Perform documentary analyses and carry out follow-ups
- Be proactive in proposing improvements to various work procedures
