To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Developer for frozen baked goods (m/f/d).

THIS IS YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Development of new and innovative products according to current market trends, including the independent management of development projects
• Development of customized items for national and international customers
• Procurement, analysis, and evaluation of raw materials as well as permanent exchange with raw material suppliers
• Production of development samples and execution of plant trials
• Technical support during the initial production of novelties
• Preliminary review, revision, and finalization of product briefings in dialogue with other departments regarding technological and food law requirements
• Documentation of development work
• Creation of recipes in the respective ERP systems

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You have completed training as a Baker and/or Master Confectioner and a degree as a Food Technologist (m/f/d) specializing in baked goods
• Experience with plants for the production of laminated doughs is also an advantage; knowledge in the management of product development projects and processes should be present
• You are characterized by a confident manner, a high degree of independence and reliability in your work results, as well as initiative
• You are a strong-executing personality characterized by a structured, precise, and independent way of working
• You possess high flexibility and are a team player
• Good language skills in English and proficient use of MS Office (W365) round off your profile
