Host / Guest Relations

Our client, an established F&B and entertainment brand integrating Sichuan cuisine, dining and live music , is seeking a Host / Guest Relations team member to support its restaurant operations at Far East Square.

The successful candidate will serve as one of the key front-of-house representatives and first points of contact for guests, supporting reservations, seating arrangements, guest engagement and the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists.
• Coordinate table allocation and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and maintain smooth guest flow during busy service periods.
• Introduce restaurant concepts, promotions, events and live-music arrangements when appropriate.
• Attend to guest enquiries and special requests.
• Coordinate closely with Restaurant Managers and service staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Assist with guest feedback and basic service recovery.
• Maintain a professional and presentable reception and entrance area.
• Support guest engagement during events and live performances.
• Perform other front-of-house duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant customer-facing experience in F&B, hospitality, entertainment, events or similar environments is preferred.
• Confident and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented with a professional approach when attending to guests.
• Energetic and comfortable working in a lively restaurant and entertainment environment.
• Able to handle reservations, seating arrangements and guest-flow coordination.
• Able to work effectively as part of a front-of-house team.
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays according to roster.

Working Arrangement

• 6-day work week
• Off Day: As per roster
• Evening / night working hours
• 1-hour break

Working hours are currently under discussion and subject to final confirmation.
