Job Description

Our client, an established F&B and entertainment brand, is seeking a Host / Guest Relations professional to join its front-of-house team.

You will serve as a key front-of-house representative and first point of contact for guests, supporting reservations, seating, guest engagement and the overall customer experience within a restaurant and live-music environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists.
• Coordinate table allocation and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Maintain smooth guest flow during busy service periods.
• Introduce the restaurant concept, promotions, events and live-music arrangements when appropriate.
• Engage guests and assist with enquiries and special requests.
• Coordinate closely with Restaurant Managers and service staff.
• Assist with guest feedback and basic service recovery.
• Maintain a professional and presentable reception and entrance area.
• Support guest engagement during events and live performances.
• Perform other front-of-house duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in F&B, hospitality, entertainment, events or similar environments preferred.
• Strong customer-facing and guest-engagement skills.
• Confident and comfortable approaching and engaging guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and presentable.
• Energetic and comfortable working in a lively environment.
• Good customer-service mindset.
• Able to manage reservations, walk-ins, seating and guest flow.
• Comfortable working in a live-music / entertainment environment.
• Able to work evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
