BIM Modeller (Electrical / MEP) | Revit & AutoCAD
Our client, an established engineering company in Singapore, is looking for a BIM Modeller (Electrical / MEP) to support its project team on building-services works.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings based on project and as-built drawings.
- Develop, update and coordinate MEP / Electrical BIM models using Revit .
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
- Work closely with project and engineering teams to update and amend drawings for coordination purposes.
- Assist in preparing and organising documentation for project records and BIM submissions.
- Maintain accurate drawing revisions and documentation.
- Support the Project Manager and project team with project completion activities.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP .
- Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a project team.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and BIM software knowledge are encouraged to apply.

- Annual Bonus equivalent to approximately 1 month basic salary , subject to company policy.

- 14 days Annual Leave , increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service, up to 21 days.

Working Arrangement
Working Location: Singapore – Project Site Working Days: 6 days per week
