Operations Agent in Road Freight Transport (M/F)

As an operations agent, your main missions will be:

• Communicating with our correspondents for the organization and monitoring of deliveries
• Composing groupage trucks while monitoring the filling coefficient
• Informing customers and partners about the delivery of their goods
• Data entry of files
• Customer/correspondent after-sales service

Profile sought:

• A B2 level of English is required for the position
• Proficiency in Excel is necessary
• Coming from a transport/logistics background (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
• Having experience in the transport field
• Having excellent interpersonal skills
