Project Supervisor

Report to the Project Manager and carry out tasks and projects assigned by the Project Manager Review drawings with designers and conduct site measurements before works start Apply for renovation permits (HDB, MCST or landlord approvals) Plan work schedules and coordinate subcontractors and trades Supervise daily site works and check workmanship against drawings Manage material orders and deliveries Ensure compliance with HDB/BCA rules and workplace safety practices Update clients and designers on progress, and handle site issues or variations Conduct defect inspections, rectify issues and hand over projects Maintain site reports and verify subcontractor claims Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager Requirements Diploma/NITEC in Building, Interior Design or related field 2–5 years' experience in renovation or fit-out works Able to read drawings; good knowledge of renovation trades and materials Able to handle multiple sites; Class 3 licence preferred BCSS certification is an advantage Local or permanent residents (PRs) are preferred.
