Project Manager

Plan and schedule project activities, milestones and resources from pre-construction to handover Manage and assign work to Project Supervisors and the site team to ensure timely completion of projects Monitor project budgets, control costs and review variation orders and subcontractor claims Liaise and coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth site progress Oversee permit applications and approvals (HDB, MCST, landlord or authority submissions) Ensure works comply with approved designs, quality standards, HDB/BCA regulations and workplace safety requirements Prepare project documentation and reports, including pre-construction reports, logistics plans, work progress reports, minutes of meetings (MOM) and operation & maintenance manuals (OMM) Chair project and site meetings, and report project status to management Resolve site issues, delays and client concerns promptly Oversee defect inspections, rectification works, handover and after-handover support Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Project Management, Interior Design or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects, with experience in a project management role
• Strong knowledge of renovation trades, materials, costing and HDB/BCA regulations
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• BCSS or relevant safety certification is an advantage; Class 3 licence preferred
