Sales Administration Manager (M/F)

Within the Group ADV team, we need a Bilingual Sales Administration Manager, or even Trilingual (English is essential, Spanish is an added advantage). You will report to the Group CFO. You will play a true support role by ensuring order management and international customer relations.

Your main missions:

• Customer order management: administrative follow-up and coordination with international sales teams.
• Link with production: transmission of order specificities according to countries and customer typology.
• Logistics and transport: delivery follow-up and coordination with carriers.
• Stock and supply management: inventory and international flow monitoring.
• Invoicing and follow-up: issuance of invoices, dispute management, and debt collection.
• Reporting: preparation of statistics and performance monitoring in collaboration with the accounting and operations departments.

What we are looking for:

• Language skills: English is essential; mastery of another language would be a real plus.
• Software: proficiency in SAGE (indispensable criterion), Pack Office, and reporting tools.
• Organization: rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team spirit: collaborative, dynamic, and customer satisfaction oriented.
• An interest in the world of Dance is a real plus.
