Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

Perform different types of facial treatments professionally.

Perform various massage treatments with proper technique and professionalism.

Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, allergies, and relevant contraindications before treatments.

Provide professional aftercare advice and appropriate treatment recommendations.

Ensure clients are comfortable and receive an exceptional experience throughout their visit.

Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and infection-control standards.

Prepare, clean, sanitize, and properly maintain treatment rooms and equipment before and after every client.

Maintain accurate client treatment records and document products used where required.

Monitor treatment products and supplies and report low stock to management.

Recommend suitable skincare products and treatments based on clients’ needs.

Handle client concerns professionally and escalate serious issues to management.

Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Work professionally and cooperatively with other team members.

Attend required meetings and training sessions.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ solid professional experience as a Spa Therapist.

Must have strong practical experience in facials, particularly different types of facial treatments.

Must be highly skilled in massage therapy.

Previous experience working in a spa, aesthetic clinic, or medical spa is required.

Relevant certificate/qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or a related field.

Must currently reside in Lagos or its environs.

Professional appearance, excellent hygiene, and good communication skills.

Must be reliable, punctual, client-focused, and willing to work as part of a team.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 monthly

Benefit: Temporary accommodation provided from Monday to Saturday evening. Staff are expected to return home on Saturday evening and resume on Monday.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Saturday

9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
