Client Advisor - Modern Luxury Brands

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail as a Client Advisor, Sales Associate, or in a similar role.
2. Proven ability to identify client needs, cross-sell effectively, and close sales to drive both individual and store targets.
3. Highly responsive with strong conflict-resolution skills to handle customer concerns professionally.
4. Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and long-term client retention strategies.
5. Fluent in English (additional market-specific languages are a plus).
