IT Deployment Manager (M/F)

We are looking for an IT Deployment Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) to join our DSI and lead the deployment of technical solutions within our network of clinics.

THE ROLE

In a context of strong growth and harmonization of the information system, the Build teams design and industrialize solutions common to the network. You intervene downstream to organize and manage their operational deployment in the clinics, from preparation to commissioning and acceptance of the installations.

Reporting to the DSI, you are responsible for the proper execution of deployments, respecting costs, deadlines, and expected quality levels, while limiting the impact of interventions on the clinics' activities.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Manage IT deployments: transform solutions designed by the Build teams into operational deployment plans, define schedules, resources, and prerequisites, organize interventions, and coordinate IT teams, service providers, integrators, and clinics.
• Coordinate projects and commissioning: prepare interventions, verify prerequisites, plan the various stages, coordinate stakeholders, organize testing and acceptance of installations, and ensure handover to the Run teams.
• Manage deployed infrastructure and equipment: networks and Wi-Fi (racks, switches, access points), firewalls and security equipment, telephony, printers/copiers, video surveillance, and other IT equipment present in the clinics.
• Manage performance: guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality levels, monitor budgets and suppliers, implement progress reporting, anticipate risks, and manage action plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: measure deployment quality, capitalize on feedback, and evolve deployment methods and standards.
• Be the primary contact for the clinics: prepare local teams, take into account the constraints of each site, support commissioning, and ensure the satisfaction of field teams.

REQUIRED PROFILE

With higher education in IT, information systems, or project management, you have at least 7 years of experience in managing IT deployment projects, ideally in a multi-site environment.

You have significant experience in coordinating service providers and projects requiring on-site interventions. You have a good understanding of IT infrastructure and equipment and master the fundamentals of project management: costs, deadlines, quality, risks, and reporting.

Professional English, both spoken and written, is essential for communicating with Group teams.

You are recognized for your organization, rigor, autonomy, and pragmatism. You know how to anticipate and resolve difficulties, coordinate various stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong sense of service and customer orientation.

TERMS

• CDI - Executive status (Cadre) with day-based forfait
• Remuneration: €50 to €60k gross annual package depending on profile, including fixed and variable components
• Position based in Villeneuve d'Ascq
• Regular travel to clinics to be expected
• Remote work: up to 2 days/week after an in-person integration period
