Your tasks
- Prioritization and monitoring of daily work orders to ensure timely implementation
- Preparation and coordination of Work Packages including material, tool, and SOI-Management
- Forward-looking planning to ensure operational readiness
- Identification and solution of bottlenecks as well as proactive communication in case of deviations
- Coordination with internal and external interfaces as well as participation in production and alignment meetings
- Maintenance and further development of administrative tools for progress control
- Definition, monitoring, and reporting of relevant KPIs
- Participation in optimization measures, for example within the framework of SQCDP and continuous improvement processes
Your profile
- Completed technical studies or a comparable technical qualification
- Professional experience in technical coordination or a comparable function
- Experience in the aviation or production environment, especially in the area of quality and safety
- At least two years of experience in the coordination of teams and operational processes
- Confident handling of technical documents such as structural drawings, work orders, and maintenance instructions
- Very good MS-Office skills as well as ideally experience with SAP and industry-specific tools
- Strong organizational and communicative skills
- Experience in reporting as well as in the creation of evaluations and presentations
- Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working in dynamic environments
- Knowledge in the area of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment)
- Very good English skills (at least C1)
