For a client company, we are looking for a:

Team Leader (m/f/d) – Aviation Engineering

• Responsibility for a production team of approx. 5–14 employees

Your tasks

• Control and organization of the daily production workflow
• Planning, prioritization, and tracking of work orders
• Leadership, motivation, and further development of the team
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety standards
• Conducting SQCDP meetings as well as KPI reporting
• Processing deviations and Non-Conformities
• Documentation of relevant production data in SAP and other systems

Your profile

• Several years of experience in aviation production, ideally in the Airbus environment
• Experience in leading manufacturing teams
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and FOD standards
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, and reporting systems
• Good knowledge of deviation management
• Very good English skills (at least C1)
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
