Your tasks

• Control and coordination of quality teams and operational units
• Ensuring resource planning for personnel, material, and equipment
• Monitoring and tracking of Non-Conformities (NC)
• Creation of status reports and reporting to customers as well as management
• Implementation and further development of quality and improvement measures
• Ensuring efficient communication between teams, customers, and interfaces
• Participation in internal and external coordination meetings

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the quality environment of the aviation industry
• Sound knowledge of QHSE processes (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety)
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and structural inspections on Airbus aircraft is an advantage
• Confident handling of technical documentation and work documents
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, as well as ideally Airbus systems (e.g., Zamiz, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM)
• Experience with tracking and monitoring systems (e.g., TLB, QLB)
• Good knowledge in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Very good English skills (at least B2)
• Strong leadership and communication skills as well as a structured way of working
