Your tasks
Cost Engineer (f/m/d) The Process and Cost Management team at WITTENSTEIN cyber motor GmbH optimizes production processes, plays a decisive role in the creation of new products, and ensures the efficient use of resources. Through detailed cost analyses and innovative solutions, the department contributes decisively to increasing our company's competitiveness.
Determination of costs and planning of work packages as part of project initialization Determination and evaluation of manufacturing costs for individual parts and end products Advising development with regard to optimal and economical design Target cost management and implementation of value stream analyses Further development of the existing product creation process

Requirements
Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, technical business administration, mechanical engineering, production technology, or further training as a Techniker (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification Extensive experience in the areas of project planning, organization, and reporting Sound specialist knowledge in Value Engineering, Target Costing, Design to Cost / Assembly / Manufacturing Experience in the environment of mechanical, machining, and mechatronic production under series conditions with high variety of variants up to individual pieces Proficient English language skills
