This is what we are looking for in you
As Plant Management at WITTENSTEIN cyber motor, you will play a decisive role in shaping the production of technologically leading servomotors, sophisticated drive electronics, and high-performance mechatronic systems. You will operate in an environment that possesses outstanding expertise regarding special motors for ultra-high vacuum, radioactive environments, and extreme temperatures. In addition to the international lead plant function, you will directly lead five managers and a total of around 130 employees at the location.
- Active shaping of the transformation of our assembly towards innovative manufacturing concepts and a Smart Factory
- Implementation of the corporate strategy through increased internationalization and localization of production
- Responsibility for globally uniform production processes within the framework of strategy implementation
- Ensuring continuous technological process optimization within the production network
- Implementation and continuous further development of Lean methods
- Ensuring the delivery performance and product excellence of the plant (safety, quality, costs)
- Leading and further developing employees and managers
In this way, you will contribute significantly to the efficient production of innovative products.
What you bring with you
- Technical degree, ideally with a focus on manufacturing technology / production technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the independent management of a value creation unit
- Knowledge in the production of electrical machines within an international plant network
- Deep know-how in Lean Management
- Intercultural skills through stays abroad
- Business fluent English skills
