To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Export Clerk (m/f/d) who will reliably accompany international orders and maintain an overview even when goods, documents, and deadlines must be coordinated simultaneously.

Your Tasks

• You record and process customer orders and take care of the creation and dispatch of order confirmations and orders, as well as the checking of freight documents, delivery notes, and invoices.
• You commission freight forwarders for sea and air freight, taking Incoterms® into account, and monitor freight and delivery dates.
• You coordinate delivery dates with our customers and service providers.
• You create the required customs and export documents, e.g., CMR, UZ, A.TR., ABD, and LoC.
• You monitor customs processes and check customs assessments as well as customs documents.
• You take care of origin management and long-term supplier declarations.
• You maintain customer master data, ensure complete digital order documentation, and undertake further administrative tasks.

What You Bring

• A completed commercial vocational training and/or corresponding commercial professional experience
• Experience in export, ideally also in the areas of shipping, freight forwarding, or foreign trade
• Good English skills in speaking and writing for communication with our international business partners
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
• Quick comprehension and an independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment in working in a team and finding solutions together
