Your tasks
- Customer support in writing, by telephone, and via portals
- Order processing, deadline tracking, complaint processing, master data maintenance
- Processing general inquiries
- Creation of export documents and support in receivables management
- Contact person for the field service and production control (interface function)
- Participation in planning meetings and collaboration on new projects
What we wish for from you
- A successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally experience in customer service
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as good user knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Good English language skills
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a structured working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a hands-on mentality
