We are looking for a Clerk for Project Shipping (m/f/d)
YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM
- Control and coordination of international export and import processes, taking into account all relevant customs, country, and customer specifications
- Creation of export declarations as well as customs and shipping-related documents for project shipping
- Cooperation with freight forwarders, suppliers, and authorities to ensure efficient and smooth supply chains
- Close cooperation with the logistics department throughout the entire shipping process
- Participation in improving internal processes in the customs area
YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US WITH
- commercial vocational training, e.g., merchants in wholesale and foreign trade, office management specialists, industrial clerks, or a comparable qualification
- initial experience in shipping and customs clearance (desirable)
- confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP ERP (MM/SD)
- ideally experience in handling customs software (ATLAS, AEB-Global Trade/Export Filing)
- an independent way of working, organizational talent, and strong communication skills
- good English skills in speaking and writing
