Your role in our team:

• Overall responsibility for the site management of our international project locations in North America and Europe
• Coordination of all trades (incl. electrical engineering, mechanics, and other specialist areas) as well as the central interface between subcontractors, local project teams, and project management
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications regarding deadlines, quality, costs, and occupational safety, taking legal regulations into account
• Leading and moderating site meetings, cross-functional coordination of all work on-site, as well as regular reporting to project management
• Responsibility for the documentation of all relevant progress and incidents, as well as for handling missing or defective material

You are a good fit for us with:

• completed technical training, ideally with further training as a Meister (m/f/d) or Techniker (m/f/d)
• ideally several years of professional experience as a Bauleiter (m/f/d), preferably in complex industrial or plant engineering projects
• good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office
• high willingness to travel and driving license class B
• strong quality awareness, organizational talent, and an independent, responsible way of working

Business trips can start from your home location; a relocation to Parkstein is not necessary.
