Your role in our team

• Construction management for our project sites with a focus on mechanics/steel construction in North America and Europe
• First point of contact (m/f/d) for subcontractors, on-site project teams, and project management for the respective specialist department
• Monitoring compliance with project specifications regarding deadlines, quality, and costs, while observing occupational safety and legal regulations
• Participation in construction site meetings, coordination of all subcontractor work on-site, and reporting to project management
• Documentation and reporting of all relevant progress and incidents, as well as responsibility for handling missing or defective material on-site

You are a good fit for us with

• Training in the field of mechanics/metal, ideally with further training as a Meister (m/f/d) or Techniker (m/f/d)
• Professional experience as a Bauleiter (m/f/d) required, ideally in the field of automated systems
• English skills and good knowledge of using the MS Office package
• High willingness to travel and driving license class B
• Quality awareness, independent and responsible working style

Business trips can start from your home location; relocation to Parkstein is not necessary.
