Your role in our team

• Responsibility for the maintenance, further development, and monitoring of the integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
• Function as Quality Management Representative (QMB) as well as central contact person for internal and external stakeholders
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of audits as well as preparation and accompaniment of certification audits
• Independent implementation of supplier audits (system, process, or product audits) including evaluation, follow-up of measures, and continuous supplier development
• Analysis of quality-relevant key figures and derivation of improvement measures (KVP)
• Control and further development of quality-relevant processes along the entire value chain
• Training and sensitization of employees on quality-relevant topics
• Processing of complaints and deviations including root cause analysis
• Close cooperation with purchasing, production, development, and suppliers to ensure quality standards

You fit well with us if you have

• completed training in a technical profession or a technical degree such as mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing industry
• a qualification as QMB, Auditor, or Lead Auditor is an advantage (ISO 9001 mandatory, other standards welcome)
• sound experience in conducting supplier audits as well as in supplier management
• confident handling of quality methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, PPAP)
• good English skills in speaking and writing as well as high willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license
• knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• independent way of working, strong communication skills, and a pronounced sense of responsibility
