OUTBOUND LEAD QUALIFICATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and highly communicative Outbound Lead Qualification Specialist to join our remote team.

This is a full-time remote position focused on outbound communication, lead qualification, and initial prospect engagement .

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses using provided leads
• Introduce our services in a professional and engaging manner
• Build rapport and establish initial interest
• Ask relevant questions and understand the prospect's needs
• Identify and qualify interested prospects
• Clearly communicate basic information about our offering
• Record call outcomes and prospect information accurately in Google Sheets
• Follow up with prospects when required
• Maintain consistent daily outreach and activity levels

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
• Clear, natural-sounding American English accent — COMPULSORY
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Strong interpersonal and conversational skills
• Ability to engage prospects without sounding scripted or robotic
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, sales, telemarketing, or business development is an advantage

Working Hours

Monday – Friday

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Nigerian Time (WAT)

Compensation

₦200,000 per month

Work Type: Remote

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
