Requirements

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, BS Human Resources Management.
• Atleast 1-2 years experience handling compensation and benefits.
• Process payroll and time keeping.
• Handle HMO enrollment, deletion and HMO Billing.
• Process statutory benefits.Monitor employee movement and PAN.
• Knowledge in payroll, time keeping, HRIS, statutory benefits.
• Organized, resourceful, systematic and proactive.
• Can work under pressure.
• Computer proficient.
