Finance Director (M/F)

Job Description:

In a context of transformation and structuring of its activities, our client is recruiting its future Finance Director. Reporting to the General Manager of the BU, you are a member of the CODIR and a true partner to the operational teams. You will take charge of the global management of the finance function and provide an economic vision of the business, challenge decisions, and actively contribute to the growth and improvement of the Business unit's profitability.

In this context, your missions are as follows: Manage the entire finance function and support the General Management in its strategic decisions; Manage, unite, and develop the skills of a team covering accounting, treasury, management control, and debt collection; Guarantee the reliability of closings, financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and analyses transmitted to the group; Deploy precise performance management by margin and improve the understanding of profitability by activity and by product line; Structure the monitoring of costs, investments, treasury, and working capital requirements; Secure and optimize financial and operational processes, particularly purchasing, orders, and their integration into the ERP; Supervise tax issues, transfer pricing with subsidiaries, and relations with external partners; Lead transformation projects for the finance function and support the company in achieving its profitability objectives.

Profile Description:

Your profile:

With higher education in finance, management, or accounting, you have at least 10 years of experience in financial professions, including successful experience in a management or financial responsibility position within an industrial environment.

You possess solid expertise in management control, while mastering accounting, tax, and financial fundamentals. Your mastery of ERPs, your real appetite for tools, and your professional English allow you to evolve effectively within an international group.

You are operational, structuring, collaborative, and endowed with unifying leadership, with a strong ability to maintain a high-level perspective while remaining close to the teams.
