- Drive performance indicators, lead management rituals, and deploy continuous improvement actions adapted to the site's challenges.
- Optimize organization and processes to support volume growth while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
- Build, monitor, and control the site budget by identifying levers for cost and resource optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulations as well as safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Profile Description:
With a higher education background in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, you have significant experience in directing a logistics site or a distribution center, with a strong managerial dimension. You master all operations related to logistics flows and possess solid knowledge of automated environments. Accustomed to driving performance through operational and financial indicators, you know how to implement continuous improvement processes in demanding contexts. A professional level of English is necessary to evolve effectively within the group's environment. A field leader, structured and unifying, you demonstrate vision, agility, and a strong ability to bring teams together around common objectives.
