Performance / Finance Project Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
In a context of transformation within the finance function, we are recruiting a Finance & Performance Project Manager. This position, reporting to the Finance Department, aims to structure, optimize, and digitalize management processes in a multi-entity environment. The objective: to position yourself as a finance expert involved in high-stakes performance and transformation topics, without shifting into an IT role.
Your missions:
Performance Management & Management Tools***Participate in the deployment and evolution of management tools (notably EPM - BOARD)
- Work on key topics: margins, planning, investments, structural costs
- Support the group's increasing maturity in its management practices
Finance Project Management***Collect and structure the business needs of the finance teams
- Write specifications and participate in project scoping
- Manage the different phases: acceptance, user testing, deployment
- Ensure the link between business and technical teams
Harmonization & Structuring of Practices***Operate in a multi-ERP context (SAP, M3, Sage, etc.) Contribute to the alignment of practices between subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with the group's finance standards
- Participate in monitoring and arbitration committees
Digitalization & Continuous Improvement***Identify levers for optimizing financial processes
- Contribute to digitalization, automation, and robotization projects
- Participate in the construction of the finance roadmap
Interaction with Subsidiaries***Provide support to local finance teams
- Identify performance improvement areas
- Intervene occasionally on field-level issues
Profile Description:
Desired Profile***Higher education in finance (management control, audit, accounting) Approximately 5 years of experience in a financial environment
- Experience with project, tool, or transformation topics is highly appreciated
- Good understanding of management processes and performance management
- Appetite for tools (EPM, ERP, BI) without being a purely technical profile
- Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
- Professional English required
