IT Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an IT Finance Project Manager.

Reporting to the Process and Applications Manager, you will become the IT referent for the Finance & Controlling scope, with a direct impact on the performance, consistency, and evolution of our tools. Your role combines application management, project steering, and strategic vision regarding market solutions. On a daily basis, you ensure the proper functioning of applications and optimize their performance.

• Coordinate evolutions, maintenance, and deployments in connection with SAP FI/CO.
• Support users, provide them with effective support, and actively participate in change management.
• Lead structuring projects, guaranteeing quality, deadlines, and costs.
• Facilitate workshops, governance, and working groups to understand, challenge, and formalize business needs.
• Contribute to digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of market solutions in order to propose new performance levers.

Profile Description:

An experienced, pragmatic, autonomous, and solution-oriented profile. Higher education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT or digital.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in SAP (knowledge of FI/CO); knowledge of CA, ARIBA, S/4 HANA is appreciated.
• Very good general knowledge of information systems and their methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, guide business units, and challenge needs.
• Natural leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to unite teams.
• English is essential.
